By accepting this test agreement, you agree to abide by the terms of service, as set out at http://www.rwts.com.au/legal/ and agree to pay all call charges related to calls made or received on our test service. You acknowledge that the test accounts are provided for the period identified and may be terminated at the completion of the test period.
By acknowledging, you agree to acquire each service listed above from RWTS and to be bound by the terms of the associated Service Description (as it is modified from time to time), the Service Summary, if any, for each such service, and the terms of the Master Services Agreement.
In accepting the voice service you waive, in whole, the protection and rights of Customer under Part 5 of the Telecommunications (Consumer Protection and Service Standards) Act 1999 (Cth) in relation to the Specified Services supplied, or offered to be supplied, by RWTS. You acknowledge that you are receiving a discount on the provision of the service by waiving your statutory rights to the Consumer Service Guarantee. In the event you do not wish to receive this discount by waiving your rights, we will charge an additional $30.00 per month per connected SIP channel or telephone line to your account.
You acknowledge that any calls made on the SIP trunk will be charged at standard RWTS call rates, available at https://cloudpbx.rwts.com.au/pricing/#callrates, unless a specific agreement for call charges has been agreed and executed by you. You consent to Real World debiting your credit card or bank account for these charges.
Real World may, at its sole discretion, provide technical support during the test period to assist your trial. In some cases we may need to charge for the support we provide you. If we do, we will advise you prior to incurring any charges. The charging rate for IP Voice Technical Support is $220 per hour, with a minimum of 1 hour charge. We may require you to pre-pay for this support, at our sole discretion.
