• A static IP included — the fixed address you need for remote access, VPNs and hosted systems

We’re different because we run our own carrier-grade network. Real World is a Carriage Service Provider with its own ASN, its own interconnects into Telstra, Superloop, Vocus, Transgrid and others, and its own transit and peering — so when you get your NBN or fibre from HyperConnect, it comes from a real ISP running its own network, not a reseller of a reseller.

That matters most when something breaks. With a typical reseller, your call passes through several layers before it reaches anyone who can actually touch the network.
