We use what we sell — and we sell what we use

We pick the right tool for the job. Sometimes that means our own stack: Cloud Connect backup, CloudPBX, our own carrier-grade network (RWTS — AS45437), HyperConnect for retail internet, and our separate sister carrier Real World Networks (a Greenfields Carrier) where that fits. Sometimes it means Microsoft, Veeam, Dell, Ubiquiti, Tailscale, ThreatLocker.

Whichever it is, we’re running it ourselves. The person fixing yours is the same person fixing ours. We take the complex off your plate — you don’t have to understand any of it to get a result.

    If anything goes wrong, your data comes back — because we hold it on infrastructure we own, across seven Australian cities (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra, Darwin and Perth), with long-term copies kept in cloud object storage for durability. One team is accountable for the whole chain.

  • We run our own network — one team is accountable

    When something needs fixing, you deal with the people who run the network, not a wholesale middle layer. We run our own carrier-grade network as a Carriage Service Provider — AS45437, interconnecting directly with carriers including Telstra, Superloop, Vocus and Transgrid, and peering at IAA, Megaport and Equinix. HyperConnect is our retail internet brand running on that network, and Real World Networks is our separate sister carrier — a Greenfields Carrier with Statutory Infrastructure Provider designation, building its own fibre alongside.

  • Your calls keep working — and it’s our platform, not someone else’s portal

    Your phones are never tied to a single carrier — multiple carriers, including Symbio, Pivotel, Over the Wire and Vocus, sit behind our platform. CloudPBX is secure, highly available and business-ready.

  • We catch problems before you notice them

    Most issues get caught and fixed before you ever see them — the alert that fires, the certificate that’s about to lapse, the backup that needs checking. We run the monitoring ourselves, on tools including Datto RMM, Microsoft Defender and Wordfence, so it’s our team watching, not a dashboard we resold.

  • Right tool for the job

    You get the right answer for your situation, not whatever we happen to sell. Where our own platform fits, we use it; where another vendor is the better fit — including Microsoft 365, Azure, Dell, Aruba, Veeam, ThreatLocker and Tailscale — we deploy and support that. No favourites; just what works.
