Click here to download our remote support tools to enable us to remotely access your PC.
Note: Apple Mac users who have Mountain Lion or later may need to enable “downloaded” applications to allow the remote support tool to run.
- Open System Preferences (Apple Menu -> System Preferences)
- Select Security and Privacy.
- On the “General Tab” unlock the padlock in the bottom left hand corner.
- Change the “Allow downloaded apps from” to be “Mac App Store and Identified Developers”.
