Remote Support

Click here to download our remote support tools to enable us to remotely access your PC.



Note: Apple Mac users who have Mountain Lion or later may need to enable “downloaded” applications to allow the remote support tool to run.

  1. Open System Preferences (Apple Menu -> System Preferences)
  2. Select Security and Privacy.
  3. On the “General Tab” unlock the padlock in the bottom left hand corner.
  4. Change the “Allow downloaded apps from” to be “Mac App Store and Identified Developers”.
