Greenfields fibre, built and operated as a carrier in its own right

Carrier-grade fibre into greenfield estates, plus a single carrier relationship that reaches the rest of Australia. Real World Networks builds and operates its own greenfield telecommunications infrastructure and sells carrier-services products on it, backed by Statutory Infrastructure Provider (SIP) designation under the Department of Communications framework.

That SIP designation is the same regulatory category NBN Co operates under for greenfield estates, so where RWN reaches your site you can deal with a properly designated carrier rather than a reseller.

What RWN sells

  • Dark fibre on RWN-built infrastructure — point-to-point unlit fibre and managed wavelengths where RWN’s own footprint reaches, carrier-grade and scaling to the speeds enterprise and wholesale need.
  • LBAS NBN-equivalent access — retail-grade access in RWN-served areas. LBAS (Local Bitstream Access Service) gives end-customers an NBN-equivalent experience, delivered on RWN’s own network.
  • Greenfields fibre builds — fibre into new estates and developments under RWN’s SIP designation, typically as an alternative to NBN Co reaching the same footprint.

SIP designation, not SIP trunking

One point of precision for technical buyers: the SIP here is the regulatory designation for carriers building into greenfield developments — not voice SIP trunking, which is a different thing entirely and an RWTS product. “Greenfields Carrier” means RWN builds new telecommunications infrastructure into new estates and developments in its own right.

One carrier face, wherever the route goes

For most carrier-services engagements, choosing between RWN and its sister carrier RWTS is a relationship-shape decision — both deliver real carrier-grade services, not reseller portals.

  • Come to RWN when its own infrastructure reaches your site, or when the regulatory framing of a Greenfields/SIP carrier matters to your procurement.
  • Come to RWTS when you want the broader CSP: its own ASN (AS45437), the multi-carrier mesh, peering at IAA, Megaport and Equinix, and the full Internet & Connectivity product line.

Either way, when a job runs past RWN’s own footprint, RWN draws on RWTS internally to fulfil it — so an RWN relationship can still cover the wider Australian carrier estate, with RWN as your single point of contact. You don’t have to track which brand owns which route; that’s ours to manage.
