Real World accepts payment via Direct Deposit, Direct Debit from Bank Account, Visa and Mastercard (1.5% surcharge) and American Express (3% surcharge). Cheques are accepted with a $5 processing fee.
Customers wishing to use our direct debit facility can contact our office on 1300 798 718, and deductions will be taken on an agreed date at regular intervals. If you do not have sufficient funds at the time of processing, additional fees and charges will apply as outlined in our direct debit agreements.
Bills are delivered electronically via email to your nominated email account. Bills are issued by the 3rd of each month. Customers can elect to receive invoices via post for an additional $5 per month fee.
