What this means
We originate and carry voice calls that terminate in the United States. Under FCC rules, US carriers may only accept that traffic from providers with a current Robocall Mitigation Database certification and an active robocall mitigation program. Ours is on file with the FCC and published in full below.
The program isn’t new practice for us. It’s the same discipline we already apply under Australian law — customer identity verification under the Reducing Scam Calls and Scam SMs Industry Code, the Spam Act, and our obligations as an ACMA-regulated carriage service provider — extended to the US regime.
What we do
We verify every customer. Nobody originates calls on our platform anonymously. Every customer is an identified, verified Australian-registered entity, and customers running outbound campaigns or contact centres go through enhanced checks first.
We reject unauthorised caller ID. Customers can only present numbers we’ve allocated to them or that they’ve proven they’re authorised to use. Anything else is rejected at the platform — it never leaves our network.
We watch our own traffic. We run our own voice platform and do all monitoring in-house, including toll fraud detection, robocall pattern detection, spend analysis and call-distribution analysis built by our own engineers.
We answer traceback requests within 24 hours. From the FCC, law enforcement, or the Industry Traceback Group. Because caller ID on our platform maps to verified customers, we can identify the source of any call we’ve carried.
We act. Suspected illegal robocall traffic gets investigated within 24 hours, and we suspend or terminate the responsible service. Wholesale customers routing calls to the US carry additional obligations, including holding their own RMD certification.
