The service will be charged at $30 per month inclusive of GST. Invoices will be issued on the 1st of each month, except for the initial invoice which will be issued on the date the service is activated. Payment by direct debit or credit card is preferred. Invoice payments will attract a non-direct debit fee of $3.50 per month.
The service includes a single geographic DID in your geographic location, and access to the CloudPBX interface. Your CloudPBX instance can be extended with additional services, but these will attract additional charges.
Additional note: Telecommunications networks are under increasing stress and strain at the moment due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This means that numbers may be congested or unavailable at different times. This is outside of Real World’s control.
