Real World Group announces the acquisition of Blueteq Pty Ltd

Real World is pleased to announce that we have entered a binding agreement to acquire Blueteq Pty Ltd. The agreement sees Real World Group acquiring 100% of the shares in Blueteq and engaging their principal consultant, George Oosthuizen, as our Chief Information Security Officer. Blueteq will be renamed to Real World Cyber, and will see us add a range of new vendors to Real World’s Cyber Security portfolio, as well as substantially extending our client reach in Victoria.

The transaction is effective from 3rd March 2022.

The Real World Group is a family owned Australian business founded in 2000. It is an ACMA-licensed carrier and provides data and voice services, and managed IT and Cyber Security services nationally.
