As part of signing up for a new internet service, we need to perform some basic identification to prove that you are, in fact, you. We will ask you for a copy of the front and back of this ID document when we send you your contract.

Upon completion of this form, Real World will perform a credit assessment using data available from a Credit Reporting body. This credit assessment is required due to changes to the Telecommunications Code of Practice that came into effect on 1st August 2019.
