Thanks for the quick work Praj – we were forwarding their fax number back to YCT back when RWTS didn’t have any fax support. Turns out that due to ACMA regulations implemented, anonymous calls weren’t being forwarded. Customer is happy to have this resolved so quickly after having just raised it. – Brad
