Excellent. Thank you to Brayden (and the friendly team at RWTS). I appreciated the positive, polite, efficient nature of the conversations and email exchanges. There was quick follow-up to each of my messages. Brayden was patient and explained to me clearly the different options and steps  in repairing my laptop.
