Gone above and beyond

Thank you so much for all you assistance this week, Tom. You really have gone above and beyond. Your personable attitude when when things weren’t going so well, as well as your IT skills, made the whole experience much better for us onboarding our new staff member, who was very stressed and upset. Without both of these things, I don’t know that she would have given us the week. Thank you again – Kristen M
