Great Job

Alex did a great job and spent a lot of time trying to resolve the issue. Whist there was an issue with not receiving the correct cable in our delivery he was very apologetic and helpful with getting everything sorted. He is very good at explaining what is to be done over the phone, and was patient with any questions I had or If I didn’t understand at any point.  Thanks Alex!! – Debbie H
