Fax has not gone away — the fax machine has. Fax Client is a web app your team logs into to send and receive faxes, with the documents you receive delivered as PDFs and the ones you send tracked to a delivery report.
Send from the browser: drag in your documents, add one recipient or several, pick a sending identity, and add a cover page if you need one. If it is easier, send from your email client instead — address the fax number at your organisation's fax domain and attach the files, with sender verification so only the people you approve can send as you. There are signed desktop apps for macOS and Windows too.
Inbound faxes arrive on your organisation's numbers, get converted to PDF and are emailed to the addresses you nominate — each recipient gets their own copy — and stay available in the Inbox. Contacts and sending identities are shared across your team, and you can sign in with Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, Okta, Duo or Keycloak.
