Business SMS your team can actually use — not just an API to integrate. SMS Client is a clean web app your team logs into to send and receive messages, backed by a REST API for the things that should happen automatically. Same numbers, same platform, on our own carrier network.
The web client is for your team — the people who just need to have a conversation with a customer or send a quick broadcast. For developers, app builders and sysadmins, the same platform exposes an SMS Gateway: a REST API for notifications, alerts, confirmations and two-way replies wired into your own application or helpdesk over a webhook. Native mobile apps are on the way to the App Store and Google Play.
It runs on Real World's own carrier-grade network (AS45437), so it's real carriage rather than a marketing layer over someone else's app. Numbers are provisioned and ported by us, and the people accountable for the platform are the people you call.
It's the messaging half of our SMS & Mobile Termination service — if you also need virtual numbers, mobile termination or managed business mobile, that's the same team.
