Numbers we provision and port
Australian fax numbers, provisioned and ported by us. Keep the number that is printed on your letterhead and in every directory that lists you — only what happens behind it changes.
Inbound goes to people
A fax that arrives is converted to a PDF and emailed to the addresses you nominate, with each recipient getting their own copy. It is also kept in the Inbox, so a document reaches the person who needs it rather than a tray beside a machine that has run out of paper.
Outbound you can account for
Send from a web app your team logs into, straight from your email client, or from a signed desktop app. Every fax carries live status, a delivery report and automatic retry — so a fax that did not get through is something you are told about.

Fax runs over Real World’s own carrier-grade network alongside the rest of our voice services, so your numbers, your phone system and your fax come from one team. The software side is Fax Client — the web app, the email-to-fax path and the desktop apps.
