Whitelist Telstra Numbers

Recently, Telstra implemented advanced call blocking to reduce SPAM incidents flowing through their network. Our Retail and Wholesale customers can request their Telstra Numbers be whitelisted to prevent treatment of outbound calls.

To participate in the whitelist, please complete your details below.

If you need to present a Telstra CLI for a number you own, we can request Telstra whitelist the CLI through their systems while using our network. This form allows you to submit this request.

Please provide numbers one per line in E.164 format (e.g 61290370500)
If you do not have a bill, you can instead provide a letter signed by your Director, CXO or similar indicating that you are authorised to use the numbers listed above, and requesting that they be whitelisted through Telstra's systems.
