IP Transit is the wholesale IP product on top of AS45437, our own autonomous system. ISPs, large enterprises and content businesses buy it when commodity internet can’t deliver the capacity, the route diversity or the BGP control they need — and when they’d rather build on a real carrier relationship than chain through three wholesalers.
We’re peered at IAA, the major Australian peering exchange, and at Megaport and Equinix, so traffic to other Australian networks takes the direct path rather than a transit hop through an international carrier. Underneath sits multi-carrier upstream and direct relationships with the Australian carrier estate, so when one path has a bad day, traffic shifts.

How we run our network
RWTS runs its own carrier-grade network as an Australian Carriage Service Provider, not a reseller portal. We hold direct relationships with carriers including Telstra, Superloop, Vocus and Transgrid, and we’re peered at IAA, Megaport and Equinix. Our datacentre footprint spans seven Australian cities — Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra, Darwin and Perth. The transit you buy rides on infrastructure we engineer and operate, not on a portal we resell.
Peering and interconnect
If you’re an ISP or content business looking for direct peering with us at IAA or Megaport, that’s a separate conversation to transit. We’re open to peering arrangements where they make sense for both networks — talk to us about route policy and we’ll work it out.
