Reliable business internet, backed by people who actually run the network.
Real World sells NBN two ways: direct to your business or home through our retail brand HyperConnect, and wholesale behind partner ISPs who sell under their own brand. Most providers do one or the other — we do both, as a carrier-grade Australian ISP. Whichever way you connect, when something needs attention you get a real engineer who understands the line, not a script and a hold queue.
Built for business, not a residential plan with a different invoice
Most “Business NBN” is the home product rebadged. Ours is built for work, where being offline costs you money.
Every business connection is monitored around the clock, so if your link drops overnight we usually know before you do, and the fault is already in hand by morning. When a fault is genuine, we read the real line state and lodge it with NBN Co on your behalf through the carrier-to-carrier channel — you don’t sit on hold, and you get a straight answer about what’s actually happening. Business plans sit on the prioritised fault path with Enhanced repair targets (eSLA) as standard, plus a static IP for VPNs, remote access and hosted services.
One provider, however many sites
Multi-site is where most providers come unstuck. We handle a head office and a row of branches the same careful way we handle a single connection: one relationship, one bill, one place to raise a fault. Retail, hospitality, healthcare and franchise groups use us to get the same setup at every location — and when sites move between carriers, every connection and cancellation is run as a planned, managed change rather than left to chance.
For sites that can’t afford to be offline, we can add 4G/5G backup so a single fault doesn’t stop the day (see 4G/5G Data Solutions).
Every NBN connection type, sized to your line
We provision across all NBN access types — fibre to the premises (FTTP) at the top tiers your area supports, fibre to the curb (FTTC) and fibre to the building (FTTB), HFC in established suburbs, and Fixed Wireless and Sky Muster for regional and remote sites. We’ll tell you honestly what your line can really deliver before you order, and size the plan to your workload rather than the headline number.
Residential? Go to HyperConnect
For home NBN, the natural home is our retail brand HyperConnect — same team, same network, same engineers who fix the line, just sized and priced for a household. Residential customers will find what they need at hyperconnect.au. And if you’re an ISP yourself, we can supply carrier-grade NBN behind your brand — talk to us about Carrier Services.

Why it matters
Sold both ways, by design
Most internet companies are either retail or wholesale. We're both — HyperConnect sells direct to businesses and homes, and we supply partner ISPs wholesale — so you're buying from the team that actually runs the service.
A real person handles your order
Provisioning isn't a self-service portal. New connections, transfers and cancellations are handled by people who know how NBN works behind the scenes.
When you've got more than one site
Multi-site is where most providers fall over. We bring the same approach to a head office plus four branches as we do to a single connection — one relationship, one ticket queue, one bill.
We can route around problems
Because we operate at the carrier layer (see Carrier Services), when an NBN fault hits we read the actual line state, escalate to the right team, and can add interim 4G/5G backup if you need it.
