Office fitouts — all the IT bits, end to end

Moving into a new office, opening a new site, or doing several at once? We handle the whole IT side of the fitout as one engagement — computers, switching, wifi, internet, Microsoft 365, phones and AV. One project, one team.

All the IT, end to end. One engagement, not five vendor handoffs.

When you move into a new office, open a new site, or run several sites at once, the IT side of the project is bigger than most people expect. Computers for every desk. Switching and wifi. The internet connection. Microsoft 365 set up properly and securely. Phones. Meeting-room AV. And the day-one go-live, so your team walks in and starts working.

We take that whole IT end of a building project as a single engagement — coordinated with your builder, joiner and electrician on the construction side, but owned by us from the comms-room rack to the laptop on every desk. You get one team and one project to talk to, not a tangle of separate suppliers.

The reason it works as one engagement is simple: the seams between vendors are where fitouts go wrong. When the wifi doesn’t reach the back meeting room, there’s no argument about whose problem it is — it’s ours. When a meeting room won’t connect on day one, we fix it rather than escalate and wait. And when an internet install runs late, we’ve already got a 4G or 5G connection in place so the office runs from day one regardless. That’s what “all the bits, end to end” actually buys you.

We’ve delivered a lot of these now, across very different settings — single offices, branch and regional sites, multi-building campuses, and rollouts of several sites at once on a shared standard so every location comes online the same way. The approach scales from a five-person office to a multi-site program. Because we run the templates for real, we know which carriers deliver on a tight timeline, where the cabling conversations need to happen with the builder, and what a properly set-up office looks like at handover.

Fitouts are a natural moment to do more than just relocate — to refresh ageing hardware, tidy up your Microsoft 365 setup, or move on from an IT provider whose relationship has run its course. It works best when we’re involved early, ideally before the cabling rough-in is decided with the builder. Tell us what you’re moving into and when, and we’ll scope it honestly.

What's included

  • Site survey and IT scope — what you actually need, not just what made it onto the floor plan
  • Endpoint procurement and provisioning — laptops, desktops, accessories, peripherals
  • Network electronics — switching, wifi access points, structured cabling coordination
  • Wireless design — Ubiquiti, Aruba or Mist; right fit for the brief and budget
  • Internet provisioning — Business NBN, Enterprise Ethernet, 4G/5G backup, or all three
  • Microsoft 365 tenant setup, identity, conditional access, Defender baseline
  • Voice — CloudPBX extensions, desk phones, softphones (or Teams Phone if that's the stack)
  • Meeting-room AV where it's part of the fit — see Boardroom & Meeting Room AV
  • Go-live support on the day people walk in, plus the follow-up tickets in the days after

Why it matters

One engagement, not five vendor handoffs

Most fitouts involve five contractors having opinions about the IT — the builder, the AV vendor, the cabler, the phone provider, the IT support company. We take the IT end as one engagement and coordinate with the builder, electrician and joiner on the building side. Fewer seams to fall into.

Procurement, provisioning and lifecycle in one go

Laptops bought, imaged, enrolled in Intune, joined to your M365 tenant, Datto RMM and Defender deployed, ready for staff on day one. The same procurement and lifecycle disciplines we run for Procurement, Licensing & Lifecycle — just at fitout scale.

We run the network, not just install it

Switching, wifi and internet aren't dropped at handover. The network is provisioned, documented, and lives on under our ongoing IT Support — so the people who deployed it are the people who'll fix it when something needs attention six months later.

Multi-site, when that's the brief

Some fitouts are one office. Others are three sites in three months — head office, branch, regional. We run multi-site rollouts as one program of work with shared standards, so every site comes online to the same spec.

Technologies we use

  • Dell (endpoints, servers — preferred hardware partner)
  • Ubiquiti, Aruba, Mist (wireless and switching — right fit for the brief)
  • Microsoft 365 (tenant, identity, Intune, Defender)
  • Datto RMM (endpoint monitoring)
  • Business NBN, Enterprise Ethernet, 4G/5G (internet, chosen per site)
  • CloudPBX or Teams Phone (voice)
  • Real World network (carrier mesh underneath the internet)
